1. Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") are a legally binding agreement between the player ("You" or "User") and usd77 ("Platform", "We" or "usd77"). By registering an account, making a deposit or using any usd77 service, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all provisions of this Agreement.

3. Deposit Methods & Payments

usd77 accepts deposits via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is RM30. You are required to use a payment method registered in your own name. We do not accept third-party deposits.

All deposited funds must be used for gaming purposes on the usd77 platform. Using a usd77 account solely as a money transfer intermediary is strictly prohibited and will be investigated.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawals may be requested once the wagering requirements (where applicable) have been met. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. Requests must use the same payment method as the deposit, unless otherwise approved by usd77 for technical reasons.

The withdrawal processing time is within 1 hour from the time the request is received and approved. Requests requiring additional review may take longer and we will notify you if this occurs.

• Withdrawals will be processed to the e-wallet or bank account registered in your name.

5. Bonus Terms & Conditions

Welcome Bonus: New players are eligible for a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,000. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Wagering calculation example: If you deposit RM100 and receive a bonus of RM100, your account balance is RM200. Your wagering requirement is RM100 × 25 = RM2,500. If you deposit RM2,200, the bonus is RM1,000 and the wagering requirement is RM1,000 × 25 = RM25,000.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per player, IP address or device.
• usd77 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and related winnings if fraud or abuse is detected.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time period. Bonuses not used within that period will expire automatically.
• For other bonus types such as cashback, reload or special bonuses, individual conditions will be displayed when the relevant promotion is offered.

6. VIP Programme & Cashback

The usd77 VIP programme comprises four (4) membership tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback rate:

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.0%

Players are upgraded based on their gaming activity and loyalty to the platform. VIP benefits are subject to the conditions set at the time of award and may change at usd77's discretion. Cashback is credited to the player's account according to the schedule set by the platform.

7. Responsible Gambling

In the event of a technical disruption that affects a game or transaction, usd77 will investigate the matter and make a fair decision based on system records. usd77's decision in such matters is final.

10. Changes to Terms & Account Closure

usd77 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these terms & conditions at any time. Changes will take effect after a notice is posted on the platform. Continued use after changes take effect means you agree to the updated terms.

Players may close their account at any time by contacting our customer support. Any eligible balance will be returned after the investigation is completed. usd77 also reserves the right to close accounts that violate these terms without prior notice, and in cases of fraud, balances may not be returned.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which usd77 holds its licence. Any disputes arising from or related to this agreement will be resolved through the process established by the relevant licensing authority.

If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this agreement will continue in full force and effect.
